1、 The flowing adhesive molecules diffuse to the surface of the bonded object through Brownian motion and gradually approach, while the fluidity (low viscosity) of the adhesive liquid and the application of curing pressure facilitate the contact and approach between molecules.

2、 The generation of intermolecular adsorption occurs when the distance between the adhesive molecule and the surface molecule of the adhered object approaches, and the secondary valence force begins to exert a force, which increases as the distance between the adhesive molecule and the surface molecule decreases. These two processes cannot be completely separated, as the adhesive solution continues to work until it solidifies. Therefore, it can promote sufficient contact between the adhesive and the surface of the adhered object. The close distance between two molecules is the key to obtaining adhesion. So for similar ceramic pavement adhesives, the viscosity of the adhesive solution itself is relatively high, or it needs to be diluted during construction. With the help of Brownian motion heating measures, pressure during the curing process, and extended curing time (especially for room temperature curing adhesives), a smooth, clean, and dry surface of the adhesive is the condition for obtaining adhesion.
